It all started sitting on a paint can. Taking a break from our project, my friend said, “You need to share this with people.” We laughed when I asked what “this” was. The answer came out of one of those electric conversations when time disappears; she wanted me to share my life’s journey of expanding personal possibilities.
Actually, it didn’t really start in that moment. Many years earlier, I had a life-changing shift while walking in a park with a friend who pointed to the leaves on a tree and told me they were vibrating molecules of energy. His remark opened the door to my understanding that everything was intelligent, communicating energy.
While the seed was planted that day, the fertile soil of looking past the usual was nurtured in rambling, wondering, exploring conversations with my mother during my teen years.
My passion to find ways to use the empowering insights from the quantum field blossomed while healing from childhood sexual abuse that had been dissociated until my early forties. We often find our superpowers when we face dragons of past wounds.
Along the way, family and friends contributed, encouraged, and celebrated. They shared their hearts, open minds, and fresh perceptions as I learned to translate the magic and complexities of Quantum Thinking into practical tools for change. Together we honed richly enlightening, exhilarating, deeply profound and fun ways to have conversations with the energy field.
Though it was my nature to stay small, the “paint can moment” kept nudging me to expand. How could I resist when I was seeing how harnessing energy could ignite the changes people craved? Personal and group sessions evolved. Writing books flowed into my desire to share the ways we can grow our lives with ease and joy.
Just like you, I have unmet desires, wishes, and challenges. The difference may be that studying energy has taught me that life doesn’t happen to me; I’m creating my experience. Each time I recognize something I want to change, I know I get to use the ingredients in this book to bring it into my life. Like you, I’ll be challenged to examine beliefs that keep me from moving forward. I’ll have to work with my feelings and thoughts. And I’ll be encouraged by Quantum Thinking as I explore what fits me best to ignite change. Over and over, I’ve seen that the balloons, rainbows, and ice cream cones of life are ours to have.
